Crewcare began as Crewcut Commercial Cleaning in 1991, founded by David Serville under CC Group NZ Limited, a company he still leads today. In nearly three decades, we've grown from a single cleaning operation into a national franchise network with locally owned and operated teams across New Zealand.

The name changed. The standard didn't. We rebranded to Crewcare because it says what we actually stand for: a crew of dedicated professionals who genuinely care about the spaces they clean, the people who use them, and the clients who trust them.

Behind every franchise owner is a dedicated Crewcare operations team: Quality Assurance Managers (QAM) and a head office support team who oversee performance, manage client relationships, and ensure the standard doesn't slip.
